Answer

I am advised that my Education Private Secretaries are on the Ministry's automatic distribution list for the contact information details of early learning services, schools, and other relevant institutions. This list is what my office uses to send emails to the sector advising of major announcements and key information. In addition to this, I am advised that my office received a list of all principals and board chairs to support an email to the sector and on 6 May 2026 received a list of education stakeholders.
