I am advised that in comparison to the Pilot, improvements have been made for the second Military-Style Academy programme by placing a greater focus on the transition to community period, which can be a high-risk time for they young people. The increased coordination and collaboration across residence, social workers and multi-disciplinary teams is an improvement implemented as a result of feedback from the Pilot.
