Answer

Kāinga Ora Homes and Communities advises me that the redevelopment at 48-50 Hyperion Drive will replace two three-bedroom homes with six new homes, comprising four two-bedroom homes and two three-bedroom homes. This represents a net increase of four homes and a net increase of eight bedrooms.
