Answer

No. NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) used transport modelling evidence to help identify intersections that could potentially be upgraded to improve access into and out of Mosgiel. The State Highway 1 (SH1) and Riccarton Road intersection and SH1/87 and SH87/Gordon Road intersections have been included for consideration in NZTA’s optimisation project investment case.
