Answer

Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that one site is currently confirmed to be sold in Whanganui in the next 12 months. Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it had not built any homes in Whanganui since 1 July 2025. There are currently seven homes under construction and scheduled for completion by 30 June 2026.
