Answer

I am advised that the transition planning for each young person will include an assessment by the clinical team of what therapeutic care is required in the community. The Military-Style Academy clinical team will then provide ongoing clinical care in the community, building on the content delivered during the residential phase. If additional or different therapeutic care needs are identified during the community phase, procurement of those services will be sought.
