Answer

I am advised that the second Military-Style Academy (MSA) programme is utilising the recently introduced Young Serious Offender Practice Lead role to support social workers working with the young people, including having conversations about caseloads. I am further advised that support also includes a community of practice for social workers, practice leaders, supervisors and managers for planning purposes and to set practice expectations.
