In response to Reply 16932 (2026), how many, if any, of the 72 ECEs that had their licenses downgraded in 2025, have had their licenses upgraded since?

I am advised by the Ministry of Education that 67 of the 72 licenses that were downgraded in 2025 are continuing to operate.
