How, if at all, does he intend to amend the use of on-board cameras under the Fisheries Act 1996?

Answer

The Fisheries Amendment Bill which is currently being considered by the Primary Production Select Committee would not change the requirement for in scope fishing vessels to operate on-board cameras in line with the Fisheries (Electronic Monitoring on Vessels) Regulations 2017.
