Answer
In my capacity as Prime Minister, I regularly receive and request advice from a range of officials including from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet relating to foreign affairs. This includes New Zealand’s various equities related to the situation in Iran since the US and Israel initiated strikes on the 28 February 2026.
