Has there been any Post Implementation Review or other Benefit Realisation Review following the implementation of Vehicle Dimensions and Mass Rule changes in either 2010, 2013-2014 or 2016 that allowed heavier trucks to be used with permits ("High Productivity Motor Vehicles" in 2010 and 50MAX in 2013-2014, further chnages in 2016), if so, what is(are) the title(s) and date(s) of these reports?
