Answer

Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that 277 homes were delivered in 2025/26 to 31 March 2026 by Kāinga Ora on its own land (redevelopment) and were completed using the Housing Delivery System. These 277 homes are 43 percent of the total homes added to the Kāinga Ora housing stock.
