Redirects are defined as properties that Community Housing Providers already manage but have not previously attracted an income-related rent subsidy. This information is publicly available on the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development Website at: - https://www.hud.govt.nz/stats-and-insights/the-government-housing-dashboard/social-housing Redirects are funded from the Social Housing (Multi-category) appropriation.
