Answer

I am advised that a total of 46 audits were undertaken across 19 public hospitals between 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2026. Of those 46 audits, 24 audits across 15 public hospitals identified one or more criteria as 'partially attained' relating to infection prevention and control.
