Answer

I am advised of the following complaints or formal concerns relating to leadership conduct since 1 January 2024: • At Rimutaka Prison there were two complaints in relation to one staff member. This person no longer works for Corrections. • At Auckland Prison there have been six complaints, none of which were upheld. • There are no record of instances at Christchurch Men's Prison.
