Answer

I am advised that the Office of the Inspectorate is not part of the employee complaints process. Should the Office of the Inspectorate receive a complaint from a staff member about another staff member, they would refer the complaint back to the Department. As such there were no complaints referred to the Office of Inspectorate. Note that we have interpreted this question as being complaints by staff against other staff.
