Answer
I am advised that the Ministry of Social Development has spent $629k on the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in the 2023/24 financial year. I am further advised that the Social Workers Registration Board spent $2,862 on auditing purposes of meeting the government carbon neutral programme requirements in the 2023/24 year. The Independent Children's Monitor spent $10,137 in 2023/24 on its Toitū Envirocare membership which provides carbon emissions assurance and verification services. The remaining Crown entities I am responsible for are not covered by the programme.
