I am advised the Treasury does not budget specifically or track actual expenditure for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme. The RBNZ informed me they do not track the spend associated with their Carbon Neutral Government Programme participation. For the other entities I am responsible for I am advised the total is $35,785.
