Answer

Since 1 January 2025, I have received the documents in the attached table relating to pig farrowing crates from the Ministry for Primary Industries. Several of these documents are already available on the department’s website: Changes to the Code of Welfare for Pigs and associated regulations https://www.mpi.govt.nz/consultations/changes-to-the-code-of-welfare-for-pigs-and-associated-regulations.
