Answer

I am advised that emergency road ambulance services are included in Band A of the Fuel Response Plan 2026, which is the highest priority group of recipients for fuel. I am further advised that emergency road ambulance services do not have independent fuel storage. Maintaining fuel supply will be enabled through the Fuel Response Plan.
