Answer

Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that it acts within the scope of the Kāinga Ora Homes and Communities Act 2019, with its core function to provide rental housing and appropriate accommodation. Typically, it is the role of local Council and/or NGOs to provide social service hubs. This is also my response to written questions 16868 and 16869 (2026).
