Which Tertiary Education Organisations (TEOs) are now approved to deliver above 105% of their 2026 allocation as unfunded delivery?

I have been advised by the Tertiary Education Commission that 29 Tertiary Education Organisations have requested, and been approved to deliver above 105% of their approved allocation for 2026 as at 31 March 2026. Please see attached list of the TEOs who have been approved.
