    Has Health NZ assessed whether the private ophthalmology sector has sufficient workforce capacity to absorb the volumes forecast in Appendix C of RFP P26-0398 without drawing clinical staff from the public system, if not why not?

I am advised that the commercial process is underway, which will include assessing private providers' workforce capacity, as well as economic benefit.
