What percentage of prisons, if any, used coal boilers as a fuel source for heating or energy in 2025?

I refer the member to the attached tables which provide the percentage and number of prisons that used coal boilers, LPG, and diesel as a fuel source for heating or energy for each financial year from 2019/20 to 2024/25.
