Answer

For New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, I am advised that as of the 2025/26 FY every New Zealand Trade and Enterprise leased or occupied office space is powered and heated by electricity. Invest New Zealand is co-located with New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Nelson.
