Answer
I am advised that EECA does not hold any information related to energy sources used to heat occupied building spaces. I am further advised that the Electricity Authority (Authority) occupies a floor in the Aon Building at 1 Willis St, which is run by Precinct. The Authority uses electricity for power. Precinct has informed the Authority that gas is used for heating the building. There is a backup diesel generator used during a mains power outage. The Authority does not hold data on the relative composition of these two sources of energy or whether the backup generator was used.
