Answer

Contractors engaged to support the Ministerial Advisory Group for Victims of Retail Crime (the MAG) were identified by the MAG. They are engaged in line with the Ministry’s Contractor Engagement Policy and are managed in accordance with the Ministry's contract management framework and policies. The Ministry acts as the contracting party on behalf of the MAG and is responsible for providing and approving funding for contractor engagements.
