Answer

Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises that its total vehicle fleet for the 2025 financial year is 491 vehicles, comprising 79% EVs, 15.3% hybrids, and 5.7% plug‑in hybrids (PHEVs). The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development does not have a vehicle fleet.
