I am advised that in 2024, the composition of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade's (MFAT) fleet was: Electric vehicles: 2.58%, Plug-in hybrids: 7.10%, Mild hybrids: 10.32%, Fossil fuelled: 80%. The entire Ministry fleet is offshore. For Antarctica New Zealand, the Christchurch vehicle fleet was: Electric vehicles: 29%, Diesel vehicles: 42%, Petrol vehicles: 29%.
