I am advised that in 2025, the composition of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade's (MFAT) fleet was: electric vehicles: 3.21%, Plug-in hybrids: 8.33%, Mild Hybrids: 9.62%, Fossil fuelled: 78.85%. The entire Ministry fleet is offshore. For Antarctica New Zealand, the Christchurch vehicle fleet was: Electric vehicles: 29%, Diesel vehicles: 42%, Petrol vehicles: 29%
