Answer
I refer the Member to the attached table showing the Ministry of Education, the New Zealand Qualifications Authority and Education New Zealand’s, vehicle fleet composition by fuel type for the 2019/20 to 2024/25 financial years. Information relating to the composition of Education Review Office’s vehicle fleets from 2019/20 to 2023/24 is available in their written answers as part of annual reporting and is available on the Parliament website. In 2024/25, 92 percent of their vehicle fleet was hybrid and eight percent was electric. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 14153, 14154, 14156, 14161 and 14165 (2026).
