I have been advised by the Tertiary Education Commission that five universities delivered provision above 105% of their allocation in 2025. TEO Fund Percentage delivered Massey University DQ3-7 116% Victoria University of Wellington DQ3-7 121% Auckland University of Technology DQ3-7 134% University of Waikato DQ7+ 108% University of Canterbury DQ7+ 106%
