I am advised that no formal contract disputes have been raised with Health New Zealand. I am further advised that occasional operational issues arise regarding the receipt of patient referrals from Health NZ and the subsequent completion of these referrals in a timely manner by providers. These operational matters are coordinated and managed by the providers and Health New Zealand.
