Where did the Crown Response Office, working with the Ministries of Education, Health and Social Development, and Oranga Tamariki, Whaikaha, Te Puni Kōkiri and the Public Service Commission, identify that harm is occuring in the current care system?

Answer

I understand that advice received from the Crown Response Office has been informed by data and insights from care agencies and evidence from international care systems. As the Lead Coordination Minister I have not received any specific documents from the Crown Response Office on the matters referred to in the question, though individual portfolio Minister may have.
