Answer

I am informed that the Ministry for Regulation meets monthly with the Crown Response Office as required under Cabinet Office Circular CO (24) 7. Through this engagement the Ministry provides regulatory advice to inform the policy process. Two staff members are involved, each contributing approximately one hour per month to this engagement with the Office.
