The Chair of the Safety in Care System Leadership Group will be confirmed before the first meeting in mid-May. The Terms of Reference specify that they will be an independent Chair, from one of the population agencies or the Public Service Commission, and will be agreed by the Leadership Group in consultation with the Lead Coordination Minister.
