What mechanisms, if any, exist for feedback to the Ministry of Social Development on the suitability of national eligibility criteria for programmes like the Mayors' Taskforce for Jobs in rural districts?

I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) that feedback on any ministry-funded programme can be done through official channels within the Ministry, including the Ministry’s online form https://msd.govt.nz/online_forms/msd_feedback_enquiry_form/new
