In my capacity as Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I am advised that DPMC led three National Exercise Programme exercises involving discussion of a range of risks, including fuel supply disruption scenarios within the specified timeframe.
