Answer

NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi advises me that all 17 individuals held a Class 5 Full New Zealand licence. 7 held endorsements – 6 of them held a Dangerous Goods (D) endorsement, 2 a Forklift (F) endorsement and 2 a Passenger (P) endorsement. It is not known whether the individuals were operating commercially during this period, however, their licence classes and endorsements entitled them to do so. Their licences were not cancelled or suspended until November–December 2025. For a breakdown of the timing of each cancellation or suspension, I refer the Member to my response to Written Question 13165 (2026).
