Answer

I am advised that in regard to the 270 individuals that either opted out or did not pass necessary tests to retain a Class 5 licence, 181 of these were either confirmed drivers at commercial roadside vehicle inspections during the period, incurred traffic offences related to driving commercially, or were linked to a Transport Organisation Register Online (TORO) or Driver Check account, between conversion of their overseas licence and suspension of their licence.
