Answer

I am advised the Justice Property Partnership (JPP) Project, which included new builds for the Rotorua High and District Court, Rotorua Māori Land Court, and Waitākere District Court, has not issued any expressions of interest, as a formal procurement process has not been initiated. The JPP Project is currently not funded, and the Ministry of Justice continues to work closely with the government to seek funding through the annual budget cycle to progress this project.
