I am advised that the replacement technology solution, known as the ‘Police Infringement Management System’ (or ‘PIMS’), is a complete replacement of the current infringement processing system. The new technology solution will enable a greater array of infringement notices to be issued, strengthen data security, improve operational effectiveness, and provide digital self-service channels for the public.
