In my capacity as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, I have received the following advice from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade on the Agreement on Marine Biological Diversity of Areas beyond National Jurisdiction since November 2025: - 2026 Legislation Programme - Bids for the Foreign Affairs Portfolio (Submission, 2 December 2025) - Agreement on the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Marine Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction: Third Session of the Preparatory Commission (submission, 23 January 2026).
