Rt Hon Christopher Luxon

Answer

As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters relating to my Prime Minister portfolio, including from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I have received advice from officials relating to the treaty for the conservation and sustainable use of marine biodiversity in areas beyond national jurisdiction. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices.
