How will he ensure that East Coast communities receive equitable access to fuel compared to other regions, during the fuel crisis?

Answer

Equitable access to fuel across regions, including the East Coast, is managed through the Fuel Response Plan. Distribution decisions are informed by supply availability, regional needs, and the requirement to maintain fuel access for essential services and communities, noting that fuel allocation and delivery are operational matters for commercial suppliers.
