Answer

I am advised that there has been external expenditure to establish the power bill comparison website 'Billy'. The website was developed by an external contractor, Daylight. The establishment budget was $2.6m. The Electricity Authority has also budgeted $4.1m in costs to operate the website over the 44 month initial contract term with its provider Daylight. Actual expenditure is captured in the response to Written Parliamentary Question 12137 (2026).
