Answer

I am advised that the Ministry for Regulation undertook a consultation process in June 2024 to propose and confirm the first permanent organisational structure following its establishment. 12 permanent employees who had been transferred from the Treasury and Ministry for Business, Innovation and Employment on 1 May 2024 were affected by this change process as the Ministry proposed and confirmed their new positions and reporting lines as part of moving to a permanent organisational structure.
