Answer

I have not undertaken specific actions with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade to prepare for implementation of the National Fuel Plan since 28 February 2026. My expectation is that the Ministry will contribute to and participate in any request directed by the responsible agency to implement the National Fuel plan. The Ministry does not require my express direction to undertake its responsibilities as a government department.
