Answer

I am advised, that in December 2025 the Ministry for Women commissioned (delivered in March 2026) an internal use only AI querying tool within the BoardConnector registration application. The tool allows Ministry staff to query uploaded CVs to help identify candidates who have the required skills and experience for available board roles. Magnetism Solutions supplied the AI querying tool as part of a wider project to upgrade our nominations process and underlying systems, the AI component cost approximately $25,000.
