Answer

I am advised that between 27 November 2023 and the date of your request, Corrections has been using CoPilot Chat which is part of the standards Microsoft M365 licence at no cost to Corrections. I am further advised that Corrections has undertaken a small pilot with 30 staff since March 2025 for the premium version of CoPilot. The cost for each of the 30 licences is at the standard government rate for Microsoft enterprise licensing, totalling $40,042.80.
